Processing Times
In-stock items: 1–3 business days to process (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
During launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation once dispatched (tracking included only for tracked services).
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We primarily use Australia Post.
Options at checkout (typical timeframes):
Untracked Letter (cheapest) – 2–8 business days. No tracking, no delivery guarantee.
Parcel Post (tracked) – 2–8 business days.
Express Post (tracked) – 1–4 business days (metro areas faster).
Important: If you choose Untracked Letter, delivery issues (delays or loss) cannot be investigated or compensated. For peace of mind, choose a tracked service.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries via Australia Post international services.
Common options (availability varies by country):
Economy Letter (untracked) – typically 2–6+ weeks. No tracking, no delivery guarantee.
Standard/Tracked Parcel – typically 2–4+ weeks with tracking.
Express International – typically 4–10 business days with tracking.
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We must declare contents and value accurately by law.
Shipping Rates
Live rates are shown at checkout and depend on service, weight, and destination. Original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Address Accuracy & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you need a change, email us as soon as possible before dispatch; once shipped, we cannot redirect.
If a parcel is Returned to Sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or non-collection, we can reship (postage payable) or refund the item price minus original shipping if the item returns in resaleable condition.
Where carriers offer Authority to Leave, packages may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items
Untracked services (letter/economy): We cannot locate, investigate, refund, or replace items sent without tracking. Selecting untracked postage signals acceptance of this risk.
Tracked services: If tracking shows an item lost in transit (no scans or movement beyond standard timeframes), contact us at tikiwoof@outlook.com.au with your order number. We will open an inquiry and replace or refund once the carrier confirms loss.
Domestic: allow 10 business days beyond the maximum estimate.
International: allow 30 business days beyond the maximum estimate.
Damaged on arrival: Email photos of the packaging and items within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Partial Shipments & Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order items ship together when all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Packaging
We use protective packaging suited to stickers (rigid mailers or board-backed envelopes) and aim to minimise waste while keeping your order safe.
