We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please contact us first before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Faulty or incorrect items are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

We’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs or may waive the return if appropriate.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions (and a prepaid label only for faulty or incorrect items).

Post your item back within 14 days of approval.
Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Digital downloads or gift cards

Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”

Perishable, hazardous or intimate goods

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
